Location of the project
The project Crossing the Bosphorus was organized in one of the most popular summer resorts in the Romanian seaside named Costinesti. It is situated about 30 km far from Constanta, which is the biggest city near.
Costinesti has a population around 2.750 people.The village has a long tradition in Romanian tourism with beautiful beaches, with a famous shipwreck which attracts thousands of tourists every year.
Costinesti is also famous for his obelisk, which is a monument placed there since the ’70 s and represents a symbol for the tourists who come here.
